So today i wake up for work, do my usual routine, brush my teeth, wash my face, strut around in my towel while ironing my clothes, when i realise that my waist is a bit oversensitive. Now i've noticed this for sometime now but never really investigated so i decided to take a closer look. It seems that my trousers and pants had been rubbing against my skin causing the oversensitivity.

Okay, so now i figured either my pants had shrunk or i had gained weight, the latter not being likely
